1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Bilateral Navigator website (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website.

These Terms apply to all users of the Website, including visitors, contributors, customers, and any other persons who access or use the Website in any capacity.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

3. About Bilateral Navigator

Bilateral Navigator is a publishing and digital content project operated by Global Brain Power LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, doing business as Bilateral Navigator, with its principal address at 30 N Gould St #20542, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Bilateral Navigator," "the Publisher," "we," "us," or "our").

The project produces premium country-to-country publications comparing pairs of countries among the 193 United Nations member states. These publications include structured editorial content created by the Author on behalf of the Publisher, as well as short contributions from recognized professionals whose careers connect the two countries covered in each edition. The project operates through the Website and related communication channels.

4. Use of Website

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Website in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website and any information you submit through it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, cover designs, layouts, branding elements, images, data compilations, databases, downloadable files, software, and the overall design and structure of the Website (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of Bilateral Navigator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and database rights.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, transmit, or otherwise exploit any Content from the Website without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or as strictly necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the Website (such as viewing or printing a single copy of a page for your own reference).

The Bilateral Navigator name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Bilateral Navigator or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

6. User Submissions

Certain features of the Website may allow you to submit information, including but not limited to contact details, inquiries, messages, feedback, and other communications ("User Submissions").

By submitting any User Submission through the Website, you grant Bilateral Navigator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, store, process, and respond to your User Submission for the purposes of operating the Website and conducting our business.

You represent and warrant that any User Submission you provide is accurate, does not violate any applicable law, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7. Contributor Content and Approvals

7.1 Contributor Submissions

Bilateral Navigator invites recognized professionals ("Contributors") to submit written contributions, biographical information, photographs, and other materials ("Contributor Content") for potential inclusion in Bilateral Navigator publications, the Website, and related channels.

All Contributor Content is submitted voluntarily. No Contributor Content will be published without the Contributor's explicit approval of the final version, which may be given in writing, by email, or through an approval mechanism provided by Bilateral Navigator.

7.2 Grant of Rights

By submitting Contributor Content and granting approval for its publication, the Contributor grants to Bilateral Navigator and its successors, assigns, licensees, and authorized partners a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully transferable, and sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, adapt, translate, modify, reformat, excerpt, and create derivative works from the Contributor Content, in whole or in part, in any and all media and formats now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to:

(a) Bilateral Navigator printed and digital publications, books, reports, and editions, including any edition covering any bilateral country pair;
(b) the Bilateral Navigator Website, including contributor pages, sample pages, previews, and promotional materials;
(c) Bilateral Navigator social media accounts, newsletters, email communications, press releases, and marketing channels;
(d) third-party platforms, marketplaces, retailers, distributors, and bookstores (including but not limited to Amazon and other online or physical retailers) through which Bilateral Navigator publications may be made available;
(e) any future Bilateral Navigator publications, compilations, updated editions, spin-off projects, or derivative works; and
(f) any other medium or channel used by Bilateral Navigator or its authorized partners in connection with the Bilateral Navigator project.

7.3 Transferability

The rights granted under Section 7.2 are fully transferable and sublicensable. Bilateral Navigator may assign, transfer, license, or sublicense any or all of these rights to third parties without further notice to or consent from the Contributor. This includes, without limitation, the right to authorize publishers, distributors, retailers, partners, and platforms to reproduce and distribute the Contributor Content.

7.4 No Additional Consent Required

Once approval has been granted by the Contributor, no further consent, approval, or notification is required for any use of the Contributor Content within the scope described in Sections 7.2 and 7.3 above. The Contributor acknowledges and agrees that the approved Contributor Content may be used across all current and future Bilateral Navigator channels and products, and by authorized third parties, without the need for additional permissions.

7.5 No Compensation

Contributors participate in the Bilateral Navigator project on a voluntary, uncompensated basis. No monetary payment, royalty, fee, or other financial compensation of any kind is owed to the Contributor in connection with the submission, approval, publication, distribution, licensing, or any other use of the Contributor Content, whether by Bilateral Navigator or by any third party authorized by Bilateral Navigator.

The Contributor acknowledges and agrees that no compensation has been promised or is expected, and that the Contributor's participation is entirely voluntary.

7.6 Certificate of Recognition

As a token of appreciation for their valued contribution, Bilateral Navigator will provide each Contributor whose content is approved and published with a digital Certificate of Recognition, made available as a downloadable and printable PDF file through the Website or by email.

The Certificate of Recognition is provided as a gesture of professional acknowledgment only. It does not constitute, and shall not be interpreted as, compensation, a promise of payment, an employment relationship, or any form of contractual entitlement beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms. The form, design, and content of the Certificate of Recognition are determined by Bilateral Navigator at its sole discretion.

7.7 Contributor Responsibility

Each Contributor is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of his or her own Contributor Content. The Contributor is not responsible for any other content in the publication in which the Contributor Content appears, including but not limited to editorial content created by the Author, data, statistics, images, figures, maps, rankings, design elements, or contributions submitted by other Contributors.

The Contributor agrees that his or her contribution is prepared to the best of his or her knowledge, experience, and professional judgment, and acknowledges that the Publisher is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of the Contributor Content.

7.8 Representations and Warranties by Contributors

Each Contributor represents and warrants that:
(a) the Contributor Content is original, accurate to the best of the Contributor's knowledge, and does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party;
(b) the Contributor has full authority and legal capacity to grant the rights described in this Section 7;
(c) any photographs or images submitted are owned by the Contributor or used with full permission from the rights holder, and any identifiable persons depicted have consented to the use of their likeness;
(d) the Contributor Content does not contain any defamatory, unlawful, or misleading material.

7.9 No Obligation to Publish

Bilateral Navigator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline, remove, edit for formatting or length, or refrain from publishing any Contributor Content, for any reason, without liability to the Contributor.

7.10 Moral Rights

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Contributor waives any moral rights in the Contributor Content that may restrict Bilateral Navigator's exercise of the rights granted under these Terms.

8. Ownership of Publications and Publisher Responsibility

8.1 Ownership

All Bilateral Navigator publications, including but not limited to books, reports, editions, and digital products (collectively, the "Publications"), are the exclusive property of Bilateral Navigator (Global Brain Power LLC). This includes the overall structure, design, layout, data compilations, cover artwork, branding, editorial content, and all other elements of the Publications, with the exception of Contributor Content, which is used under the license granted in Section 7.

8.2 Publisher and Author Relationship

The editorial content of the Publications is created by the Author on behalf of the Publisher. Bilateral Navigator, as the Publisher, assumes responsibility for the editorial content it creates and publishes, and provides the Author with the protections customarily afforded to authors by their publishers under standard publishing industry practices, including indemnification of the Author for claims arising from content produced in the course of the Author's work for the Publisher.

8.3 Scope of Publisher Responsibility

Bilateral Navigator, as the Publisher, is responsible for the editorial content created by or on behalf of the Publisher. The Publisher is not responsible for the accuracy of Contributor Content, which remains the sole responsibility of the respective Contributor as set out in Section 7.7.

8.4 Nature of Publication Content and Accuracy

Bilateral Navigator Publications contain large volumes of data, statistics, figures, images, maps, comparisons, and other informational content covering a wide range of countries and topics. Given the scale, complexity, and breadth of the subject matter, and given that information about countries changes continuously, minor inaccuracies, errors, omissions, or outdated information may occasionally appear in any Publication.

Such occurrences are an inherent and unavoidable characteristic of large-scale reference and comparative publishing. Any individual inaccuracy, error, or omission within a Publication is considered minor in nature and does not affect the overall value, purpose, or usability of the Publication as a whole.

Bilateral Navigator endeavors to maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality. Where errors are identified, we may, at our sole discretion, correct them in future editions or updates. However, we are under no obligation to issue corrections, replacements, revisions, or updates to any Publication, and the presence of any error or inaccuracy does not constitute a defect in the product and does not give rise to any right of refund, compensation, or legal claim.

8.5 No Guarantee of Accuracy

All data, statistics, figures, rankings, comparisons, and other factual content in Bilateral Navigator Publications are provided for general informational and reference purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant or guarantee that any specific data point, figure, image, or statement in any Publication is complete, current, or error-free. Users and readers rely on the content of the Publications at their own discretion and risk.

The fact that a third party disagrees with or disputes any data point, figure, statement, image, or other content in a Publication does not in itself establish that an error exists. Bilateral Navigator reserves the right to exercise its own editorial judgment regarding the content of its Publications.

9. Orders, Pricing, and Availability

9.1 Product Availability

Bilateral Navigator may offer personalized books and other products for purchase through the Website. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without prior notice.

9.2 Pricing

All prices displayed on the Website are indicative and subject to change without notice. Prices may vary depending on the product configuration, personalization options, destination country, and applicable taxes or duties. The final price will be confirmed to you before you complete your order.

9.3 Order Acceptance

Submitting an order through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation (including by email). We are not obligated to fulfill any order until such confirmation is issued.

9.4 Payment

Payment terms and accepted methods will be specified at the time of purchase. Full payment must be received before production or shipment of any order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9.5 Errors

In the event of a pricing error, product description error, or other mistake on the Website, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where applicable, to cancel or modify any affected orders, even after confirmation.

10. Shipping and Delivery

10.1 Shipping

We ship products worldwide, subject to applicable restrictions. Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times will be communicated during the order process. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

10.2 Risk and Title

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier or by customs or import procedures in the destination country.

10.3 Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices unless explicitly stated.

11. Refunds, Cancellations, and Personalized Products

11.1 Personalized Products

Many Bilateral Navigator products are personalized or produced to order (for example, books featuring a contributor's name, image, or biography). Personalized products are made specifically for the customer and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once production has begun, except where the product has a material physical manufacturing defect (such as missing or blank pages, or a severely damaged binding). Minor inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in data, figures, images, or other informational content within the Publication do not constitute a product defect and are not grounds for a refund, as set out in Section 8.4.

11.2 Non-Personalized Products

For non-personalized, standard products purchased directly from Bilateral Navigator, you may request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:

(a) the product is in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition, with all packaging and materials intact;
(b) you contact us at office@bilateralnavigator.com within the 14-day period to request a return authorization;
(c) you return the product to us at your own expense within seven (7) calendar days of receiving return authorization.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, and provided the conditions above are met, we will issue a refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) business days of our receipt of the returned product.

We reserve the right to decline a return or reduce the refund amount if the product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.

Digital products, downloadable materials, and certificates are not eligible for refund once accessed or downloaded.

For clarity, minor inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in data, figures, images, or other informational content do not constitute a product defect and are not grounds for a refund under this Section or any other provision of these Terms.

11.3 Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that has a material physical manufacturing defect (such as missing or blank pages, a severely damaged binding, or a product that is entirely different from what was ordered), please contact us at office@bilateralnavigator.com within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, correction, or refund. We may require photographic evidence or return of the defective product before processing a remedy. Return shipping costs for verified physically defective or incorrect products will be borne by Bilateral Navigator.

For the avoidance of doubt, claims based on disagreement with data, statistics, figures, images, editorial content, or other informational material contained in a Publication do not qualify as product defects under this Section.

11.4 Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins by contacting us at office@bilateralnavigator.com. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible, and no refund will be issued for orders already in production. For personalized products, production is typically initiated promptly after order confirmation.

12. Certificate Downloads and Digital Materials

Bilateral Navigator may offer contributors and other users the ability to download digital materials through the Website, including but not limited to Certificates of Recognition, preview PDFs, and other documents.

All digital materials remain the intellectual property of Bilateral Navigator and are provided for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any digital materials without our prior written consent.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and availability of digital materials but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. Digital materials may be modified or withdrawn at any time at our discretion.

13. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Website:
(a) in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
(b) to impersonate any person or entity, or to misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
(c) to transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or similar content through or directed at the Website;
(d) to interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the Website or its underlying infrastructure;
(e) to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Website;
(f) to scrape, crawl, harvest, or collect data from the Website by automated means without our prior written consent;
(g) to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or its Content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent;
(h) to upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;
(i) to use the Website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services that are not owned or controlled by Bilateral Navigator. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, practices, or availability of any third-party websites or services.

The inclusion of any link on the Website does not imply endorsement or affiliation. You access third-party websites and services at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.

Bilateral Navigator publications may also be made available through third-party retailers and marketplaces. Your transactions with such third parties are solely between you and the third party, and Bilateral Navigator is not responsible for the terms, pricing, or practices of those third parties.

15. Disclaimers

THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.

BILATERAL NAVIGATOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE OR IN ANY PUBLICATION.

THE INFORMATION AND CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE AND IN BILATERAL NAVIGATOR PUBLICATIONS, INCLUDING COUNTRY COMPARISONS, DATA, STATISTICS, FIGURES, IMAGES, AND CONTRIBUTOR CONTENT, ARE PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL AND REFERENCE PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR OTHER EXPERT ADVICE. 16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BILATERAL NAVIGATOR, GLOBAL BRAIN POWER LLC, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AUTHORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, ANY CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE, ANY PUBLICATION, OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY CLAIM BASED ON ALLEGED ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR OMISSIONS IN ANY PUBLICATION.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF BILATERAL NAVIGATOR, GLOBAL BRAIN POWER LLC, AND THEIR AUTHORS FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, ANY PUBLICATION, OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO BILATERAL NAVIGATOR IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bilateral Navigator, Global Brain Power LLC, and their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, affiliates, authors, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

(a) your use of the Website;
(b) your breach of these Terms;
(c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
(d) any User Submission or Contributor Content you provide;
(e) any dispute between you and a third party arising from your use of the Website or any Publication.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, United States of America.

You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Website, any Publication, or these Terms must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by Bilateral Navigator on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bilateral Navigator with respect to your use of the Website.

21. No Waiver

The failure of Bilateral Navigator to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Global Brain Power LLC.
